The developer(s) who are hired will play a critical role in building and designing our company for the future.

Functional Job Title: Entry Level Programmer (C# .NET Programmer)

Position Description:  
Candidates can be recent college graduates or current IT professionals seeking an entry-level programmer position. Additional experience is considered a plus. We are looking for a motivated, self starting individual willing to prove they have what it takes to succeed as an IT professional. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who can handle a lot of responsibility. You will be working to supporting our existing projects through maintenance and development of new features as well as new application development for future projects. This position will provide an opportunity for the right person to use and learn many different technologies and architectures in a creative environment.

Education and Experience: 
Candidate must have 0-2 years of Information Technology experience. We are willing to take on an individual with limited practical experience in applications development; however they must have a Bachelors Degree preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar discipline.  

Skills and Competencies:

Microsoft .NET,C# and ASP.NET with a working understanding or Object Oriented design techniques

Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2008

XML

Familiarity with Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS 6 & 7)

SQL (Microsoft SQL Server 2008 desired)

Operating system experience with Windows XP/7 and Windows Server 2003/2008

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills: 

User-centric design experience with the proven ability to develop web interfaces using CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.

Web Services and Service Oriented Architecture

Test-Driven Design and agile (Scrum, XP) development experience

Styling experience with CSS

Microsoft SQL Server 2005 & 2008 basic administration tasks, SQL Server security model, and basic data modeling principles

Documentation and Reporting skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, Visio, and Project

Business process analysis experience

The ability to identify and analyze a problem, propose solutions, anticipate future problem areas before initiating action and implementing solutions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to interact with Business Analysts and/or end user community to gather and analyze technical requirements; ability to explain technology to a non-technical audience; and ability to work as part of a team to develop large and complex software features

Miscellaneous:

Willingness to travel to customer sites on a limited bases
