RFID vs. Bar coding
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) has critical data capture advantages over bar coding. There are no line-of-sight or manual entry requirements. The read range extends as far as 40 feet (bar code scanners max out at 3-4 feet). And readers track thousands of uniquely tagged assets simultaneously and automatically—compared to most bar code scanners, which read one code at a time and typically require hand-held operation.

Turnkey RFID integration for improved QA and delivery
Our RFID solutions start with those advantages and then build on them, improving your data capture and analysis to support improved process and operational control. We are a turnkey RFID integrator. We begin with an on-site assessment and evaluation of your operating environment, dialing in on inventory management challenges presented by environmental and operating conditions, and asset tracking. Next, we work with you to define opportunities to make your operations more efficient and productive.
We use your process control and asset tracking objectives to define our work scope, integrating our customized Stark RFID software with best-in-class RFID readers, active or passive RFID tags and antennae and printers/encoders. Lean principles shape our recommendations—we’ll work with you to eliminate non-value adding activity and human error. If you want faster delivery and more inventory turns, we can help you reorganize your work flow. If you want to improve customer service and invoicing accuracy, while segmenting your markets more effectively, we can help you with that too. Having defined your needs, we develop and test a beta solution, working with your IT department and training your employees. Following that, we review your data collection to assess and optimize our RFID solution, adding tech support and a migration path for system development.
Increase overall productivity 30-50%
Your Stark RFID solution is designed to increase overall productivity by 30-50%. Larger operations, with multiple locations, will see an immediate improvement in inventory control, asset tracking and employee management. Because our RFID solutions support sales growth, they’re scalable and flexible. We see each installation as the beginning of a long-term customer relationship (there are no charges for RFID tag or label updates or Stark RFID tech support), so we help you make every move count, no matter how large or complex your business becomes.
